No one that likes to 3bet the flop? I often do and it's often succesfull. He could be raising with many hands trying to take the command of the pot. If you 3bet you can often get him to fold lower...

Problem with 5/10 to 10/20 transition
I'm making around 3BB/100 at 5/10 then I tried playing some 10/20 and first won 5000$ to lose 6000% thats 300BB which I thought was to much. I went down to 5/10 again to fix my game. I got my VPIP up...
