Very easy fold imo. You're barely getting the odds to call with implied odds, and that's without discounting the Ace outs (he could have A8 or any Jack, not likely but need to take it into account...

Watch out though, he's not saying you should ignore any pre-flop standards, just that it's easy to learn compared to post flop. Don't completely ignore pre-flop play.

You add the extra bets you think you might extract when you hit your draw to the pot size.
Consider you might get 3-bet on the turn though so you'de be calling even more bets.

You put him all-in on the river. Seems standard to me. Too bad BB didn't come along. I would've 3-bet the turn though, might get BB in for more bets since he allready called 2 cold.

I think he means raise postflop cus you want to push out anyone with a club. He could be betting any hand on that flop, could just a well be a middle pair and a flush draw. Of course it might've been...
