He's stuck and probably steaming. This really isn't a great spot to try and semibluff him. I don't think he folds like a overpair like ever. Just call the raise and proceed from there.

Discussing winrates over small sample sizes (e.g. less than 40K) isn't useful at all. Even at 40K, all your winrate really tells you is that your results are likely to be directionally correct.

If he's really that bad, I would 3-bet here and consider calling a push. I've seen a lot of donkeys slow play a set or big two pair down to the river like this and then massively overplay the river....
