I don't know about you other guys but I think the biggest problem in this hand is the fact that you raised UTG with AK99. Your early position gave you trouble for the rest of the hand.

I had raised coming into the two previous pots before this hand (with AK and 99) so i believe this had an effect on my table image. Was the pf cap too strong considering the limp reraise play Villain...
