Re: full ring vs. 6-max

[ QUOTE ]
After everything i've read the past few months I think, preferences aside, it boils down to this:

Six max is more profitable for good players. Some of us are not good players, and...

Re: Party Took Back my Bonus!!

There might still be hope. Party tends to start bonus periods before they get around to telling people. If you cashed out before you received an e-mail about the bonus you can give them the timeline...

Was there a potential overcall, as well? If you lose the overcall you don't win anything extra at all by raising when you have the best hand. You simply expose yourself to more...

Re: Fright night

Had a similar river situation a couple of days ago. Jaxup was sweating me. I just called the river which saved me the extra bet when I lost, but Jaxup pointed out that long term you...

My read was that it was an As or Ks.
I think your estimation that I'm good 85 percent of the time here is not the read I would go with.

Re: Fright night

My read was that it was an As or Ks. A limp reraise from a non-maniac is an awfully clear signal and unusual enough that I think you should often be able to make more precise reads in a situation...

Some of you are pretty aggressive with other people's money.

During the hand I simply called the river because I was almost positive I'd get an overcall from BB and less sure he would call a...

We bet on the assumption he has no heart. If he doesn't have one yet he is about 4-1 not to get one on the river, either. So we're...

Re: What else am I doing with these aces??

More is better.
Bonuses don't have variance.

But the poker gods can be merciful. On that same night at a different maniac's table (SB is 92/47) and several other players are VPIP 60+ I got this hand.
