Re: $11\'s What does villain have?
It doesn't really matter what villain has, since you should not call this flop in my opinion. You don't have pot odds for your gutshot and I doubt you have much in the way of implied odds since the...

Re: somebody please give me a clue
You have to really convince people at the 11's to fold and minraising gives them a reason to play whatever crap they have.
This is an easy push especially since any other raise is such a huge...

Re: First post - gotta be a bad beat
I never thought I'd be the kind of guy to post my bad beat in someone else's whine thread (espcially since I have a grand total of 4 posts), but tonight I finally lost my REAL bad beat virginity.

Re: My Move?
BB only has 255 after posting right? If I have that right, fold this since you will get called no matter what and your hand is worse than a random one (I think?). Even with the dead money from SB...

Re: Too Tight?
Easy call I think, especially closing the action. You're getting more than 4:1 and I think it's almost impossible to be behind SB.

Re: I\'m so sick of going broke like this..
Thanks for all the advice, I admit I've just been autopiloting through these 4 tabling and doing well, but if I just stopped and looked back for a second I could avoid a few of these catastrophes.

Re: I\'m so sick of going broke like this..
What happens if I "smoothcall" (did I make flat call up and sound stupid?) and sneaky min raiser pushes? By now you can probably guess he had AA, and this is how I've been busting out in the first...

Re: middle pair aggression
I don't think there's any reason to get involved in the pot at all. It's tiny, you're out of position, and you have very little idea where you stand.
I think it's a check-fold on either the flop...
