[ QUOTE ]
I heard a radio interview with the son of Ty Cobb a long time ago. He insists his father was a great dad and family man. Considering how many celebrity children are happy to disown their...

Who are the atheletes who you hate the most? All time periods are allowed.

Just a few that come to my mind right now.

I have AKo, 1700 in chips and the blinds are T100. There are 5 limpers and I make it 500 to play. THERE ARE 4 CALLERS. Flop comes K87 2 spades. What do you do now and what would you...

AK in the BB

Re: Most painful hand ever

how about this one? Hero has AA and bets 3 1/2 times the blinds. BB, who is big stack calls. Flop comes A37. Hero pushes with 5 times the pot size. BB calls with 46o and hits straight.

Re: 3 players left, Call the big Stack?

Re: restealing short-handed

no way I fold either of these. Now, generally, I think your best play is to push the first hand, but I've been seeing flops more often on these lately. I actually prefer to play the post-flop out...

Re: Pokerstars $215 Hand analysis

I would consider this a slow play mistake if you hadn't raised pre-flop. The rest of the play was fine, imo.

Re: Pokerstars $215 Hand analysis

no way I back down now....only one hand beats you and if he called you pre-flop with 35, then he's got balls as big as church bells.

Re: Another way to play AK

I would say it's even more valid if top card on the board is a K. Many will play A9 or A7, some will play K9, but not as many will play the K7. I like the play against a lunatic, but that's about...
