Re: Question about automated data mining, possibly distributed...

The program will only select tables w/ more than 6 people for full tables, more than 5 for 9max and more than 3 for 6max. The purpose of switching regularly is so you don't get a ton of stats on a...

Anyone have any feedback as to what you'd like to see?

Basically you can select the limit you want a...

Question about automated data mining, possibly distributed...

Posted under Internet as well, maybe this is more appropriate?

I'm wondering about a couple things.

1. Would a program that simply keeps opening different tables violate Party's T+C's?...

I'm wondering about a couple things.

1. Would a program that simply keeps opening different tables violate Party's T+C's? Basically it would allow you to continuously gather hands when away from...

15/30 fish list

After a couple months of intensive work, we have a program which shows you where all the fish are. Currently it only supports the 15/30 tables on the PartyPoker network.

If you play over 20k hands...

Re: KK, lots of action, scary flop, and I\'m lost

Try 3 betting the flop as your hand is extremely vulnerable. Given the call/reraise chances are he either already has the flush or he has the A, or perhaps a set. Either way the hand is not looking...

Re: my first post...is this laydown weak-tight?

Many weak players will lead here when they pick up the flush draw. However its not worth finding out w/ A high.

Good fold.

Re: Damn PP

My original post says slow down on the river. Thats not weak, if a decent player caps the flop AND turn AND 3 bets the river ya might wanna start considering BOTTOM set may not win...

Oh yah, and...

Re: Damn PP

Anyone who grossly overplays their hands like that should not be playing that hand from that position. The less experienced someone is the less reason to throw in marginal hands. Just because it...

Re: Beautiful Turn Card.....Anyone 3 bet here?

No way in hell I'd 3 bet that turn. That's a recipe for disaster.

Re: Flush card hits, but also improves your hand...

Definately bet the turn on both hands. If you get checkraised you'll want to call down against your average opponent unless you have info telling you not to.

Re: Damn PP

Fold preflop. Given that you played it, slow down on the river, he clearly has something.

Re: 2 AQ hands

Agreed, it sounds like maybe you refuse to give up on your overcards and A high hands heads up.

If you don't fold AK and AQ when you miss the majority of the time you are losing a lot of value.

Re: A10o. Brilliant, or moronic?

You can raise to try and drive out the MP player and in case your hand is good.

Oh yah, and if you get a free card you may improve even if you aren't good now.

Re: A10o. Brilliant, or moronic?

The 4 didn't change anything on the river. You bet the turn and got a flat call, bet the river.

Oh yah, and fold preflop. ATo is a LOOOOSER from EP.

Re: BOW DOWN (negative content)

Interesting read. Was this guy raising everything from CO and button and carrying them too far? How many tables are you playing when you defend in these situations?

Re: BOW DOWN (negative content)

The fact that they are suited means basically nothing heads up, so that means you are defending w/ 72o and 23o? There's really no difference in this situation. Being out of position w/ a crappy hand...
