OK, I see the reasoning, and I agree with it. I agree with the theory in the books.
But you have an A 6 off-suit in the hole, opponent has Q 9 suited, and 3 Q 9 comes up on the flop. Opponent goes...

I've read Theory, and I read Small Stakes. Both have valid sounding theories, but nearly all points have footnotes noting exceptions.
It's ok saying that people will stay in to the end with poor...
