Repetitive wrist pain is generally caused by excessive flexion/extension of the fingers and the wrist, but in your case it is the flexors. Be sure to stretch your fingers and wrist about every hour...

You should really consider folding the flop. Not many players will raise you in this spot without a K. His raise seems to be for value.
Range of hands? I'd say 66, 99, KK, AK, I highly doubt...
