blinds are 500-1000 , nlhe , there is a raise of 1000 to 2000 total , a call , then an all in for 3500 , so thats a re raise of 1500 on top. does this open the betting again for the other palyers?

4 left in a 15k guaranted,800+ entries.
theres a clear chipleader 480k,small stack is about 70k,with blinds of 10-20k,me and button have about 170k,im in sb with AQs,shortie folds and button goes...
