Re: KK facing all in on a seemingly harmless flop

It aint readable? I dont bet the minimum on the flop, some random 3rd guy who aint important did.

He min. bets, Villain moves all in for 150 total into the 90 pot, i reraise all in to isolate.

KK facing all in on a seemingly harmless flop

Any1 fold the flop here? Any1 just call the all in?
The table is full of mental patients, 200$ pots with k6 vs k9 in a raised and reraised pot aint abnormal.

Re: JJ with unders, too much action for me

I thought i was beat too (obviously, otherwise i would have called) but sadly i wasnt. Villain 1 turned up 94o, hit a 9 on the river to make him 2 pair. Villain 2 flipped over AT, for a TPTK.

Turn...

NL 50 - Too aggressive play with AK ?

Hi, posting this hand for a friend. He plays tight aggressive, and is good at protecting his stack, we argued whether this hand was played too aggressively or not.

Comments on all streets welcome....

Re: KK - Boat on the river - Correct fold?

His read is as following: People are in general extreemly weak, and almost never bet anything else then the minimum. No specific read for just this player.

Re: KK - Boat on the river - Correct fold?

KK - Boat on the river - Correct fold?

So, my friend just played this hand, and i argued that it was a bad fold, he on the other hand was 100% sure about the fold. He argued that people on this particular site, only bet very strong with a...

Re: Top and bottom pair, any way i dont lose my stack here?

Just to give you guys idea of the skill ppl have, i reraised some chump before with KK, and when the flop came KQ3 - he pushed all in......with AJ.

Just a general idea of the skill level.

Top and bottom pair, any way i dont lose my stack here?

Hi, just finished playing this hand, and it stings /images/graemlins/smile.gif Just wondering if i overdid it, or if its +EV to play it as aggresively as i did. Note, this is only 200nl, and i often...

Re: Call All-In With QQ?

i think he raises it 1$, making it 1.6$ to go.

Id probably make it 2$ to go or something like that, but other then that i see nothing wrong with the hands, its heads up, the odds of him having a...

Re: AK - No raise preflop in the big blind?

Yeah the flop play aint good, but i think thats what got me the action on the turn, so maybe this way it was more profitable? But thats probably only for this hand, its -EV in the long run i think.

Re: AA bet turn or check behind

Sure, thats true....but on the flop he has 35% chance of hitting his flush, so as long as you have the discipline to throw the hand in the muck if a heart comes, i see no problem in checking the...

Re: Noob post; How do you play a missed re-raised pf AK on the flop?

On these limits people dont understand re-raises with AK so they automatically put you on a VERY big hand, KK or AA.

Ive had great luck getting people to fold jacks and tens with low cards after a...

Re: AA bet turn or check behind

Correct me if im wrong, but with a potsize bet on the flop, and a call, youve already messed up his drawing odds, and if he's on a draw he's already made the mistake on the flop?

I see no point in...

Re: limping with medium and small PP UTG, UTG+1 and UTG+2

You should never fold these small pocket pairs if the raiser (or perhaps one of the callers) has more then 10x what you should call. At these low limit tables, the fish has no way of getting away...

Re: 1-2 at MGM Grande...preflop question

Re: 1-2 at MGM Grande...preflop question

I normally play 1-2 online, so i dont have the option of "reading" peoples faces, but in this spot with no reads, i think its a clear fold. Fish tend to enjoy limpreraises with big hands, qq, kk, aa....
