I think I would have called, check/call on a non-heart , or non board pairing River too. Theres a chance you are behind, but theres a more liekly chance that you are against trips i think.

I think the flop raise is fine, but I think on the turn you could have definately put more in. I'd say around 400-500 into a the 750 pot. Just betting 200 gives him almost 5-1 odds to make a call...
