Re: Moving Up Is Hard To Do

nice post, i agree with you completely.

as far as multitabling goes, in my personal experience, i'm not overwhelmed with 4 tables. I can comfortably play 5. i think it depends on your goals and...

4. I really should not be multitabling when I try to move up. 2 at max for me.

I think this will help anyone the most. I used to multitable 4 or 5 tables and my...

Re: River value bet? (new to 2/4: MOBS?)

i like the river check and play it the same.

Hand #2

After check raising me and then capping my flop re-raise I felt it was likely I was up against either AA or KK, but not certain. So I checked behind on the turn...

I see some of your points and other lines may be better for this particular situation...

Re: How not to Play AK?

you never spew 2 BB without seeing the showdown and you'll never guarantee yourself a showdown for 1 SB unless the villain is the king of all passives.

if you raise the flop and he reraises, more...

Re: The Protected Pot Effect: A Study from 2/4

I think this is an easy call. EP is unknown. At 2/4 odds are he doesn't even know what a protected pot is.

So you guys think this is a bad line?
Almost identical hand.

vill is 36/6/1.5 and that's all I really know about him.

Grunch.

So many hands....

Hand 1

Raise the turn. He may think you've already caught the flush and only call. If he 3-bets, call and fold with that river.

Re: Is this Common?

Not that the OP multitables, but I'm positive that multitablers don't count the pot online. Most people would find counting the pot to become easy fairly quickly if they only play 1 table and focus....

Re: How not to Play AK?

Hand 1: raise the flop. If reraised, call and fold to a turn bet UI. If just called. he'll check to you and you lead the turn hoping to fold him. If he calls just check behind on the river for a...

Re: Can I cold call two bets on the turn??

I think you can fold on the turn easily with that action. MP1 appears to have QJ so you're already behind that and then cutoff wakes up on the TURN and says he has an even better hand.

Dump it.
