[ QUOTE ]

Now, how much do you bet?

[/ QUOTE ]

3/4 pot if there are obvious draws, 1/2 if there are no obvious draws.

I also be exactly the same if I nail the flop as I bet a lot.

Re: tricky TPNK hand 15/30

I really don't like the turn lead.

You picked up a nice draw, and some players do not give as much credit to a runner/runner flush.

When I have a good draw and a meh made hand, I usually don't...

[ QUOTE ]

Re: Bet top set? QQ on moderately coordinated board

If you are always cont betting then cont bet here too.

If the fold show it, might help you take down some pots later when you whiff.

Also, if Lloyd is at the table, type in the chat "I only bet...

Re: AT flops a flush draw - how to play?

[ QUOTE ]
I noticed both repliers told me to raise preflop. This is completely against my line of thinking. Why raise preflop?

Re: A6s turns two pair on monotone board, near the bubble

Raise the flop.

I can't give him credit for 2 hearts that easily,(especially since he potted the flop being 1st to act) so I think my hand is good on the flop, but don't want to see another heart,...

Re: AT flops a flush draw - how to play?

I raise to 700 PF, to take control of the betting and limit the number of players who see the flop, the less the better when I'm holding ATs, and you can never put the blinds on a hand with any...

Re: Does the value of position change throughout the tournament?

So is it fair to say the value of position is like an upside down parabola during the tournament.... from early stages through the middle stages and finally during the final stages?

Re: Wasting Aces...

Calling for deception is good if the stacks are shallow and you can get all in without a gross overbet on most flops, or I have 2 bets left in my stack and I can get all in on a turn.

Being this...

Re: Don\'t read if you hate dumb posts. How do I win MTT?

Learn NLHE first. LHE is very different than NLHE. Play both full ring and short handed at the stakes your are comfortable with.

Throw in some MTTs at buyins you are comfortable with, so you can...

Re: um, QQ fold preflop?

SB made it 400, no? You're right in that I would also bump it to about 250ish, but I can't really criticize someone for bumping it to 400 here either. After all, you know one of these...

Re: um, QQ fold preflop?

Raising to 60 is fine lin level 1 of the Super, my standard raise in level 1 is to 55.

I really can't see AA being played like that.

Most often I see AK or JJ/TT being played like that.

I...
