in a full ring game you're dealt JJ in the bb. is it correct to raise this hand 100% of the time vs 3-4 limpers?

Basic standard preflop decisions don't belong in mid/high. Most here have seen this question discussed a dozen times. I'm moving it to small stakes.

so the T4s i'm calling with getting 4 or 5-1 on my money is a bad call? limit holdem, meaning a few callers of the initial raise.
