Re: What\'s my move here?

That's what I thought. I busted out on this hand with a pf push. This was my second 20+2 tourney. It actually feels pretty good to know that I lost making the correct play.

Re: What\'s my move here?

Would it make any sense to stop challenging bigger stacks, and bully the small stacks into the final table?

What\'s my move here?

Stars $20+2 180 person tournement. Currently 17 left, and I am in sixth place. Top 4 all over 30,000T. Payout structure is heavily stacked towards top 3 finishers with 10-18 place recieving only...

Was I brain dead?

Okay,I sucked out at the end of this hand, but I think my thought process was still valid. Below is the hand, followed by my thought process. Keep in mind, at this point the table was very passive...

When in doubt, get more info

I think this hand is sort of interesting. I did not convert it, because the chat is relevant. I did, however, change the names of the two involved parties, (hero and XXXXXXXXX). Any comments would...

Re: Tell?

I'm mildly dyslexic, so you can do it easier than I can. On the other hand, I can count outs insanely quickly and accurately.

Re: Tell?

Thanks everyone for your replies. I play the lowest stakes I can find, either 3-6 or 4-8. I'm new to Omaha and Omaha H/L, but have done okay so far. Early on I made some fairly embarrassing...

Tell?

When playing Omaha live, I will often arrange my hole cards in a manner to help organize my board reading. I do this for every hand. Is this a mistake?

Re: Fold or Call?

I wasn't clear- 17 outs combined by the river for a set to boat or quad. When calling an all-in bet on the flop, I combine the turn and river outs to see if I have odds. 17 outs combined out of...

Re: Fold or Call?

Fold. If all-in has 10 Q you've already lost unless a Q comes, and you split the pot. If all-in has a set instead, he still has 7 outs on the turn, and 10 outs on the river for a combined 17 outs...

Did I suck out?

After this hand, I got a lot of uninvited comments about my play. Did I completely suck out, or did I just take advantage of the situation?

UTG +1 had a huge stack~1300 and was tight, typical,...

Re: Help me out on this one pls. 2/4 NL Prima - 600 stacks

His play just smells like a trap, i.e. flat calling a 10X BB pre-flop raise, and check calling the flop. Calling such a large pf raise puts him on a relatively narrow range of hands. The best case...

Re: Fold equity worth a shot?

This is a clear fold. SB just bet $300.00 into a $125.00 pot. Unless he is a maniac, there is no way he would do that with any hand less than a set or a straight. Most likely he was trying to push...

Re: What Is Your Move Here?

Depends on your hand and position. Your opponent appears to like position raising. If you have a strong hand, re-raise pre-flop. If you have a speculative hand, get enough callers to his raise to...
