Re: $1/$2 NL live - deepstacks (~300 BB)

I'm not crazy about that turn bet. It creates 2 problems in that if it gets called, you'll have no idea where you are, and its small enough that the villain may feel he can blow you off your KK with...

Re: Small bets confuse me more than large ones...

I think you need to raise more on the flop, it will give you a much clearer picture of what you're dealing with if he calls. Very often, this is some sort of ridiculous bluff that bad players will...

Re: A note on slowplaying

Thanks for the great response Wayfare, I think its very clear that I would have stacked the BB if I had potted the flop, instead I got stacked by the MP. I was very close to folding on the turn, for...

Re: Middle Set facing lots of aggression, huge 3 way pot

For those who might be interested, I took all the time and ended up calling. He showed 88. I deserved it for butchering a straight forward hand. Thanks for the responses.

Re: \"Scanmarks\"/\"Cheating\" -- WTF??

The 2 donks at my party 2/4 table tonight were talking about these as well, then they started telling others that you can "see" them, and that it has something to do with cheating. Who knows, I'm...

Re: Middle Set facing lots of aggression, huge 3 way pot

I dunno, this was a badly played hand, with position between a donk and a thinking player. Avoiding tough spots like this is obviously key in NL, but once you're there you have to deal with it. ...

Re: Middle Set facing lots of aggression, huge 3 way pot

I agree not betting this flop is criminal, I lead with sets 90%+, not sure why I didn't here. Given that I didn't, does a turn raise of $140 make this an easier laydown after MP pushes?

Middle Set facing lots of aggression, huge 3 way pot

This was one of those hands where nothing about it felt right, I hate my play on all streets. It was at the end of a long session, and I had been playing about half an hour too long. Anyway, the BB...

Re: nl400 - nut straight on turn...
