Why did he call my raise pre-flop?

Re: Deep stacks, can I push?
Unless you can see him checkraising the turn with K9 or AK, you're only behind one hand. Based upon your description of him I'd push and expect to see two pair or a lower set.

How likely is it that he has a two in his hand. He was fourth to act preflop so if he has a two it has to be ace two (suited) or 2 3 (suited). For him to limp and then call the raise. Im...

If that was the actual flop, then yes, it's possible he could be calling with a 2 given the pot odds calling frenzy your raise created.

Re: TT heads up, KK6 flop
...fold, because he has AK and is hoping you have the case K with the lower full house?
If you're playing TT for more than set value, I think you need to raise this flop to see where you're at.

Let me get this straight, as I don't quite understand. You're "99% sure" that you have the best hand, and you're wondering whether you should call an all-in?

Re: folding K high flush
The minbet-reraise on this kind of flop generally suggests two pair or a set, so the combination of the board pairing and a turn checkraise makes this a good fold on your part.
