in restaurants/bars that i go to, the server takes on the risk/responsibility when a customer doesn't pay. i'd suggest not making a fuss over it since it is essentially a non-issue on your end....

seems simple enough. pfr has a wide range. you have a hand only dominated by AA/KK and is a near coinflip to many of his other holdings. given the shallow stacks pfr may even be inclined to call a...

i think he was referring to late in tournament play as the scenario given had Hero at 15 big blinds at the start of the hand.

start with the hands that you are calling raises with. due to the small sample size you might not even be playing badly. we don't know what your total losses are nor do we know your vpip/pfr/af.

in 3 way pots, my default is to check fold. there would need to be other mitigating factors for me to bet/call/raise. such factors would be, pot raised preflop, narrow hand range for opponents, board...

with no reads i play 22/4. as i get reads on my opponents or as stack sizes change my hand range for calling/raising will expand/contract accordingly in different positions.
