I would raise pf, if anything to define your hand a little. Flop is good -- without reads my guess is you are ahead. This is where a pf raise would help imo. Turn is okay, but you are up agaisnt...

I continue to have problems against maniacs on the river. Normally, this would be an easy river fold, right? But against a maniac, I'm not so sure. This particular maniac has shown several bluffs...

Can you change settings now on your current monitor to 1600x1200? I only ask becuase your card has to be capable of 1600x1200.
