300 Big Bets is the generally recommended bankroll for full 10 max limit games. With a $360 bankroll, I would start at .5/1$ as a beginner.

Let's say you are playing $10/20 and in the Big Blind you hold 98s.

A Player raises from middle position, the small blind calls, and you call in the big blind....

People have to take personal responsibility like in anything else. You can drink alcohol for fun, but it can be abused. That doesn't make drinking alcohol wrong on the whole.
