Re: results

I'm confused...you think you may have been too aggressive there? I think it's an automatic 3 bet pre and a lead bet on the flop.

Re: When do you start to suspect a site?

I think Party is making way too much money to veer let it be compromised by cheating. They gte caught once and they are done.

UB closed my account

I have sent them emails asking why and they havent responded. I am guessing it is because my roomate started playing there and they saw 2 accounts with the same IP address, but it is one cpu so we...

Re: PP NL $100 max buy in table annoying hand...

When I raise from eraly position with a hand like QQ I'm hoping someone reraises me so I can go all in. I don't think you can call his raise though. You are out of position and there is no flop...

Re: QQ, PP $25 NL, let me know what you think

Don't give people too much credit for thinking. I agree that the preflop raise wasnt big enough. The reason you want to bet the pot is so that you know that anyone still in the hand has a...

Re: Differences between 1-2 and 2-4 online NL/PL?

C'mon Jason....we were playing 2-4 NL two years ago /images/graemlins/smile.gif .....I think that the 2 4 is often looser than the 1-2, and the pots get bigger at a much higher ratio.

Re: Is mucking Aces preflop ever acceptable?

I muck my aces preflop whenever I am trying to play badly and minimize my winnings.

Re: Calling All-In on a Draw

Because they are idiots and they think a draw is a good hand. These are the people you want at your table, while it stings when they hit, it is great for you in the long run.

Re: Long time lurker - 2nd question - Blinds

If the button is sure to bet I would try for a checkraise to clear out everyone else, then hopefully he calls and folds to your turn bet. I usually find that a lead bet gets calld by everyone and...

Re: Winning Percentage - How Can This Be?

I dont think 7% seems like a a lot. I know when I am at 10% I am killing it and at 5% not doing too well, so I would believe 7% to be a fair average. But noone here is playing 25% of hands dealt....

Re: Standard Bluff?

I think that it is pretty dangerous for just the 3 small bets that are in there. Anyone with an ace or a K in that situation HU would probably wait until the turn to raise. You are setting yourself...

Re: Another Failed Limp/Reraise

I despise the limp raise and love seeing someone get sucked out by a hand that probably wouldnt have played if the AA had raised in the first place. I feel that it almost always costs the LR money...

Re: A sticky situation, pay it off or easy fold.

I think it might be a raise situation for the reasons net gave. But there is no way you can fold.

Re: Just Another KK Hand

what possible hand could you be behind to that folds to a raise? Any 2 pair or set is going to showdown here. And any hand that you are behind to would probably have capped it.

Re: Should I have lost more or less money here?

I would raise preflop to hope to isolate....but as far as slowing down...thats crazy...you had top boat...there is now way you can start fearing quads here.

Re: did i wimp out?

I dont see how a hand that you thought was worth a check on the tuen was strong enough to call 2 on the river. I think you wussed on the turn big time.

Re: Triple Outdraw Hand

I would have played it the same...just one of those hands that sucks.....at least he had 2 pair and the nut draw and not 2 rag spades.

Re: Just Another KK Hand

If it was a worth a 3 bet on the turn, why check the river when a birck hits. Either you feel like you are ahead and want to value bet, or you feel you are beaten and should call the checkraise and...

Re: Tough JJ hand (4/8)

I think its an easy 3 bet preflop...you probably could have bought the button and you would have a better idea of where you stood by UTG+2's reriase or call, and his flop play. But I think I'm...

Re: KK hand in a play any A game

Easy fold....look at it this way....if you had the Ace and KK called your raises and sucked out a set you would think it was a miracle right?
