UTG might have missed his flop check-raise. But there is still a good chance that he has AK-AJs, TT or even 99. I would raise and fold to a 3-bet.

Everytime. I guess he had a 3, hence the post. Most of the time you have the best hand in this situation, so value bet.

He has AQ or KQs. There is not enough info to put you on a hand. Your range would be what Sthief said, but with no reads, I would raise the river with AQ.

I beleive there's 6.25 BB in the pot on the river before the action starts.

I bet (for reasons already stated) and fold to a raise. If there were more money I might bet and call.

I think raising and calling are both +EV. In this situation, since you don't really need to clear your A outs (you'll have two pair), I would call.

Raising is still ok, for the reasons already...
