Your reraise was a little on the small side. ($1000 would've been a nice round number.)

But you played the hand fine.

Re: Sexton\'s WPT Commentary

I suppose they are tools, but I'm sure ESPN pushes them to comform to some sort of standard for the money ESPN is paying them.

Anyways, as an off-topic note, I see Norman Chad play the 20/40...

Too bad this wasn't in a casino. Would've been a badbeat jackpot.

Re: Another hand I played badly vs. duck. 5/5 live

Exactly. I hate the min-raising as well.

I like the play, but raise more.

Re: Party $1k: ABC hand, set on 4 straight board.

If he is not a complete moron, he has to have 56 or 89 right?

It is kind of odd that he went for the c/r (unless it was a bluff) as it would be pretty rare for him to expect a bet from...

Re: 25/50 top pair hand

This post made no sense.

You say to push as a bluff, but say he might call with a worse hand. If he might call with a worse hand, what do you think he's going to do with an overpair?

Re: AA against OOP coldcaller

Call. I don't think he's hit a set. He's probably got KK or a flushdraw.

Re: European Poker Tour - Monaco - First major event....

Remember that your chip count isn't clearly printed on the screen anymore.

Yea, I know...common sense, but something that can easily slip your mind.

Re: 10/20 Commerce - mixing it up with aces

Should have bet every street. But because of the way you played it, I don't mind the min-raise on the river although I probably would have popped it to $800.

I'm guessing he had a 9?

Re: Sweating Commerce 20/40: AAAA No Good? Or are they? (LC-ish)

Ouch.

I don't know if I'd be able to lay this one down. But with respect to the pot being only $900 when the guy goes all-in for $8K? That'd sure as hell make it easier to fold.

Re: How do you play 53o Under The Gun?

Re: Joseph Hachem...Your Opinion New World Champion
