Yes it works on Empire and Multipoker. I'm not sure if you're allowed to used it at party skins but Ultimate Bet has confirmed that you're allowed to use it at their site.

This has nothing to do with your question about hardware but I would like to recommend you to use a software called Fold'em when going beyond 4 tabling. It will just fold bad starting hands for you...
