I'm pretty sure you were going to stack him no matter what based on the cards. Being patient may have kept AK/KQ in the hand and gives a semi-bluffed straight draw a chance to catch it and hang...

The 25-50 didn't go Friday night or the early part of Saturday (10-25 couldn't even get going by 7:00 Saturday) but I asked the floor and he said the 10-25 is 5K min, uncapped.
