There is no way people who in some way are open to Segal films voted this way. His best films are Marked for death and Above the law. I feel this statement to be...

Re: That\'s not a Vegas trip report...This is a vegas trip report (long

I can't believe anybody read the whole thing. That's why I color coded it.

No kidding I would have made a nice profit if I had stayed away. I could have bought a $300 shirt and the hooker. Oh well.

Re: Bellagio\'s 1k friday tournament

2000 in chips and 100/200 blinds in round 3. This seems awful fast even with 40 minute rounds.

Has any played in this before? I would love to hear if you think it is a good format.

Re: IGHN

He had enough to make that call at that table. I went card dead for the last hour but have been stealing my ass off. My TT lost to AQ and that really hurt me.

The guy with 24k is not stealing...

Re: Middle Position QJs - How badly did I play this??!!

Thats is a tough flop to bluff through 4 other people. Had you raised preflop you would be facing fewer opponents and the flop would be intimidating for them.

The turn bet isn't that bad since...

Re: Over aggressive vs LAG?

I would play a little faster on the flop. If a third spade falls it may slow him down.

If he has nothing then you are showing strength on the flop, turn, and river. This gives him three chances...

Re: Flopped a set of tens, but did I play it right?

Preflop- I agree with your thinking.

Flop- I would bet out on the flop and hope UTG+1 raises. If you check/raise after he bets the pot is going to be huge (assuming he gets a couple of callers)....

Re: Playing K10s with caution and aggression

On the flop why not lead out and use the LAG to put pressure on the other two players. You have top pair but don't want calls from KQ or AJ. There is nothing you can do about flush draws or 9's but...

Re: Bet this river?

What hand you can beat is folding to your river bet?

How about a raise on the turn? Fold the overcard aces, get a free show down if you like. Some people might muck...
