I would think that you should suspect that he has the Q when he 3-bets the flop, so the question is why did you cap the flop and why on earth did you ever put in the 1st raise on the river, let alone...

AQ would qualify at the couple of places that I have been to. KQ would be the more tricky one. Does tie go to the players hand or the board?
