Re: Thursday at AC

Good plan. HOB has a nice structure. Trop spreads 4/8. I would recommend the Borg for the beer selection and ladies that deliver the beer, but they only spread 2/4, 3/6, and then jump to 6/12.

Re: AC one day before New Years Eve - How\'s the action?

I was at the Borg on the 30th last year and the 6/12 was great. The place was packed at 7:00 pm. 80+ on wait lists for 2/4 and 3/6.

Re: 5/10 games in AC?

Borg 6/12 is typically a better game than the Taj 5/10. You can sit in either of these games with the same buy-in and be comfortable ($250-$300). Just my own personnel recommendation.

Elmo from Stars and World Series is not the same Elmo this guy is talking about. Yes, the guy in AC is pretty solid.

Re: Is this shooting an angle?

1st player is a douche. He can't wait 5 seconds for the button to make a decision? If he lost a bet is it nobody's fault but his own.

Joshua - were you at my table last night? Table closest to the cage. I was the donk in the 10 seat rasing K-7 from EP for no reason.

I'll be down there Sunday (12th) playing some satellites and ring games. Any idea where everything will be set up? I can't imagine them running tourneys, sats, and ring games downstairs. Any clue...

Re: KQ UTG

C/C flop is OK with me.

The only thing you can representing on the turn is JJ and I'm not buying it with either AJ or a pocket pair. I'm at least calling and maybe 3-betting.

Re: Should I go back to school?

Take 6-9 credits a semester until you finish your business degree. Play poker with the rest of your time which will be quite significant.

Re: Bachelor Party

Go to the Trop and let people play whatever they want. Even with no skill I'd be more comfortable playing 2/4 than $10 blackjack. If you just play somewhat normal pre-flop, it will take you a while...
