Ok the mystery is solved. You can still access the deposit and withdrawal features via the client tool, but not the website. I called Party and they said there is a technical issue.

No big deal.

It seems to me that if anyone gets punished for rb deals it will be the affiliates who offer them, not the players. Can you really see Party banning a player who gets his rake back? Perhaps so, if...
