Re: Hand History from my win at Super Tuesday last night

Thanks for posting the HH. I looked at it last night and you do seem to have a knack for picking your spots when you're short stacked. Very tight play combined with getting lucky when you need to...

The fact that you are posting this thread means he either had a set or bigger two pair, AJ and hit running 5's, or 45 and hit his straight. So which is it?

SB vs BB hand, flop hits my 23o

$20 PP tourney, second hour, not close to the $

Stacks range from 6BB-25BB
Blinds 75/150
Villain is SB with T2600 (17BB)
Hero is BB with T2400 (16BB)

Villain appears to be a solid and tricky...

Re: Hands Per Level Online

I looked at this a while back, I was running about 50-55 hands/hr at Party, and 55-60 hands/hour at Stars (one less person at the table). So ~14 hands per 15 minute round. This was for smaller...

I've been at the table with Villain for about 3 orbits, he's only played one hand in which a bigstack raised 3BB's from EP and Villain pushed for 12BBs with A9s....

Re: Theory again: Let\'s take a couple of steps back

I’m not fully sure where you are going with this, but I generated some numbers from an actual tourney to see what was possible.

The “stack building” rates in (% stack gained/hand) are from the...

Re: To the naysayers

Sorry if I came off as a naysayer, trying to disprove something is my way of seeing if it has value or not, often comes off as naysaying. I've been thinking about some things that are related to your...

I really don't understand? Doubling up oin the first hand in a 100 person tournament should increase your chances of winning by 100%, and thus make them 2%. This will however not increase...

Re: Theory: Gigabet\'s \"bands\" and \"The Finch Formula\" Grand Unificati
