Re: Down 235 BB in 3 days

Hey man, I'm with you... I played just about break even at PP $.50/$1 for about 3 months (15K hands or so) and ended up just saying screw it and moving up to $1/$2. The suck outs happen half as...

Re: What\'s the biggest pot you\'ve won?

Wow... it takes a lot of agressive players with a lot of great preflop hands to get a pot that big. I think the biggest I've had is around 60BB. You definitely have that beat.

Re: An idea i\'m stealing

I'm in... 1/2 Full (mostly party).

How do you get the last 100 Hands? PokerTracker or just send them the table hand history?

Re: Does PlayerView/GameTime really help?

While 50 hands isn't a great number, it's plenty to tell who the maniacs and fish are at the table. Generally I'm 3 or 4 tabling and knowing who the maniacs and fish are at each table is all the...

Re: Should I have known better ?

I think calling him down is ok there... You have to raise the turn, and it's too tough to fold when you finally hit your card. Depends on your reads of that guy, but I don't reraise... I just call...

Who played right here?

Interesting war of words erupted when I drew out... Did I have the odds to try? I thought so at the time.

Re: AA with aggressive peeps at table...

OK smartass... it was 3 bet without me at all and I figured one of the other raisers would cap it so I wouldn't have to.

Re: Button KK play...

Yea, I saw that it should have been in micro-limit after I posted. Sorry ya'll. Looking forward to the day when I can move up to "small" stakes. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: A-10 VS. A-9

So you're saying that there really is a pretty decent line between A10 and A9 and I may be playing them correctly?

I agree that I'm still overplaying A10... something else to work on. Thanks...

A-10 VS. A-9

One thing I was thinking about yesterday is my personal differences in the way I play A9 vs. A10. I generally fold A9o preflop, but will generally raise or at least call with A-10. I think it might...

Re: Poker Tracker opens my eyes...

Thanks jrobb83.

I just don't want to be in a position that by the time I do have the number of hands for the stats to be meaningful, I've lost $1000 and THEN realize what I'm doing wrong.

I agree with you... but don't judge that post by the statement above. It was said as a semi-joke.

My real question is, what can I do specifically to bring that number down? Is it usually a...
