Re: JJ On The River On Not Such a Great Board

Why would be bet this. What exactly are we beating if called, and what worse hands are folding. Would this guy fold a K.. I doubt it. Any A calls. 99 that TT would have 3bet us preflop.

So...

Re: PokerAce vs. Gametime

Yes. The major advantage is datamining and muck hands showing. Especially if you play party or prima you can have the tables opened and be datamining and see the stats without setting up the table...

Re: TPTK v unknown turn raise

I think I can call down here, but you aren't going to win very often. He could be on Axd. Plus you have outs against both AQ and A9.

Re: KJs and ugly board

My typical play here is to bet the flop and make that THE LAST MONEY YOU PUT IN THIS POT. If I am called at all, I am done on the turn. If raised on the flop, I am done. You gutshot is tainted...

Re: JTs

I doubt that he goes for the c/r here with an A. Most 2/4 players are too scared of it getting checked through. I would bet/fold since you will see all sorts of random crap that you beat all the...

Re: AJo vs the technicolored dream fish

I also vote Bet/Fold here. A 44/0/0.3 will call with all kinds of crap.

Re: JTs--play along

This is also why I three bet preflop. If I do, I bet the 2+2er, sb, and bb aren't there anymore and I check behind and make sure that the turn is a 9.

Since you called, I call the flop. You only...

Re: semi bluff raise

Any comments on just calling UTG with A9s. I don't do this at 2/4 on party. Others?

On the flop, I think I 3-bet here and see if bb caps.

Re: QQ against a 2p2er

I would bet here. He could just as easily be on a flush draw and a free card would be bad. I don't know if I am good enough to fold to a turn C/R though. A read on how he plays draws would be...

Re: JTs--play along

Raise. This hand plays great in large pots with many people.

Re: Check/Call or Bet/Fold River?

I fold the preflop. Since you didn't.

I don't see this as a value bet. I can't see a better hand folding and I don't see many worse hands calling. Therefore, I at least check. Now if he bets...

Re: 88 preflop question

I am going to assume that at least one of the 2 (if not both) have a bigger pair than you. Therefore you need 4:1 (including implied odds) to call this. The pot is currently has 9sbs in it and it...

Re: Calling with a 3-high flush...

I don't like any street but the turn. Really. I don't raise 33 from the CO with a loose button. I definitely don't raise a donk bet on the flop without a spectacular read. I might!! call with the...

Re: 3 betting turn with TPTK and flush outs

I like it. He could very easily have QJ, KJ, lower flush draw, TT, 99 here.

Next question is.. What do you do if you don't improve on the river. I think that I bet call.

Re: Valuebetting again...

This is a really strange hand.

Preflop is pretty standard here. Raising a LAG/LPP with 88 is not bad.

On the flop: You get check raised with a paired uncordinated board with only 1 over. I...

Re: Anything wrong here?

I think that I bet the turn here. You have enough fold equity against more players to make it profitable. I check behind UI on the river.

When the A hits here, I play the same but I don't know...

Re: KJo- OOP

I would check with the intention of c/r thus facing MP1 with 2 cold. Once the tag button just calls I put him squarely on a draw+overs. Most tags would raise anything >J here. If CO 3bets I begin...

Re: Spewy Mc Spew Spew

I would like to have a read in my back pocket that states (Has the ability to bet fold). Without that read, I think that I call. You have about 642 outs and need to hit to win in my opinion.

Re: thin value bet

I would bet/call this. If he had a higher flush he would have bet it as Spy Dog said. You have a read that a C/R could be with a lesser hand so you would have to call. It is a pretty bold player...

Re: I get owned and a half.

I agree that there is a fold in there but exactly where. Do we give up easily enough to simply fold to the raise on the flop. We basically have 2 outs and no where near the odds to peel for set...

Re: QQ.....what\'s the plan?

I would call and C/R any non A,K,Club turn.

I put button on the Ac and CO with Jx.

IMHO, 3betting is spewing a bit since so many turn cards are bad and no one if folding.

Re: What\'s the river plan?

This is a donktastic opportunity. I think that AK, AQ, AJ all call. I think that I call a raise as well since I can see AK going a little overboard.

Bet/Call

Re: 88

I don't love this, but I don't hate it either. I would like it a lot more if we have seen MP2 not limp call in these types of situations. We are in bad position and 3betting creates a bigger pot to...

Re: 3/6 1010, unsure on all streets

You MUST 3bet this PF. TT is the fourth best hand in holdem. 3bet is manditory. Plus now look what you created postflop when both UTG+1 and BB called. A mess. If you 3bet this most likely the BB...
