Semi-bluff 3-bet?

I understand the point of a semi-bluff, however I'm not sure how often I should be, if at all, 3-betting as a semi-bluff. Sometime I'll find myself 3-betting the flop and telling myself that it's a...

Can't an argument be made that defending blinds somewhat more selectively than most is ultimately +EV insofar as it creates a good TAG image, which can be used for advantage when in better...

Since you're posting on HU/SH I assume you would want to read Jason Pohl's articles on shorthanded play. Those come pretty highly recommended.

Re: Who bets this flop?

I think if you're going to raise PF you need to bet this flop, do you think the 8, 6 or 4 hit your opponents? I would guess BB is trying to pump his flush draw, or he might not respect your PR raises...

Re: Sissy or Safe - QQ

Do you have any reads on the SB? Is he the type of player who will only cap pre flop with AA, KK, AK?

Is he the type of player who will lead out on the flop because he capped pre-flop?

I think...

Re: I give up

I recently made the jump to 5/10 6-max on UB and I'm loving it. For some reason I think a lot of people got the idea that when playing 6-max you need to play REALLY loose. Sure, to some degree you...

Not being able to adjust to game conditions is a sign of a mediocre poker player. A good 5/10 6 max player knows how to adjust his style to the different table conditions. 5/10 is...
