Re: 88 in EP. (Stars $20 Deepstack) Oh, and i\'m a calling station.

*blind response*

I've been thinking about this type of calldown line a lot lately.

Preflop: Raising or calling is fine. I'd raise if it's a tight table and call if there's a lot of limping...

Re: Pot Odds are killing me in Party Tournaments

Instead of looking at the...

Re: Any workarounds for \"No rooms left at poker rate, sir\"?

I know at the Trop you have to book a poker rate through the poker room. If you try through the hotel you won't get anything. They always tell me to book it a month in advance, because they have a...

Re: Should I play 5/10 at the Taj?

If you have the br, sure, why not? I have limited experience at the Taj (3/6), and I've run into some regulars who will play anything from 2/4 to 10/20. Most were pretty loose.

I've also noticed,...

Re: Donkeyfied AA hand

This may seem minor, but I'm betting 4xBB here. Usually at this stage of the tourney 3xBB is standard, and a bigger bet is going to look strong, depending on table conditions, and often take down the...

Re: 11r, how thee tempts me.
