Re: 99 against possible set

If I calculated it correctly then you have to be good about 17% of the time to call down from the turn. The flop cap makes me think you're best here a lot less than that so I think this is a turn...

Re: Super Weak?

Button could be raising a wide range of hands here most of which are an underdog to 99, especially to hit the flop. 3-bet to get it heads up, 99 is too strong a hand to fold here.

Re: Too aggressive?

The turn 3-bet is good.

Bet the flop.

Re: AK, meh..

If I called and hit an Ace or a King on the river I'd bet out, the implied odds would be the ineviatable calls I'd recieve from any worse hands.

Why do you fold with no bet to you on the river? Its also a bad call on the turn.

Why? He's getting 13.5-1 closing the action with probably about 3 outs. Considering his...

Re: mmmm...suited crap is yummy

Looks like an easy call, 9.5-1 is enough for a gutshot and a backdoor flush draw.

Re: when 5\'s get the heat ?

Fairly easy call. Button is more likely to call than cap so you're getting close to 7-1 on a call, the odds of flopping a set are 7.5-1.

Re: Set vs color-flop

This is too weak, you're nearly always ahead on this flop and even if you're not you have 10 outs with two chances to hit.

Either cap the flop or call planning to raise a non-heart turn.

Re: 99 on the button

Checking behind on this flop would be bad. After being checked to your hand is probably best but far too vunerable to give a free card in a fairly large pot.

Definitely don't fold to the...

Why is calling the flop better than raising?

Re: BD flush makes, doesn\'t feel good

Your hand is good often enough to 3-bet and call a cap.

Your implied odds are bad as well, i.e. you are only going to have 2 opponents and you will be facing bets, and maybe raises on every street. In addition, the other 2 people in the pot have...

Re: 2/4 Party BBJ - weak flush play

Flop looks like an easy raise, for value and for a free card.

I really don't understand your turn call. You're missing out on loads of bets and letting Tc+ see the turn for one bet, what gives?...

Re: Is my play ok?

First hand looks fine. Someone has a higher pair on this flop about 100% of the time. Keep in mind that the turn being a 9 doesn't make the flop fold any better or worse.

In hand 2 your flop line...

Re: Overplayed Aces

I think calling down after he leads the turn is better than raising, I think he has you beat often. However in a 20BB pot it isn't that bad, eh you played it fine.
