Well, then that could be a mistake. Maybe they need to put that in there. The hand charts clearly state, "If there is no raise:", which clearly this would fall under.

I guess his cap on the flop is fine because of the flush draw. Even though it is the 4th nut flush, which to me means I'm not sure I would have capped the flop.
