Re: Another tough hand against a TAG villain.

[ QUOTE ]
Fold is absolutely the right way to go here. Why r u raising pre with such a marginal hand as A/T?

Preflop raise is not bad but had to be bigger

400NL: AQo on SB, call the river?

Villain is playing very loose and aggressive preflop, 53/26 after 400 observed hands is the only read.

400NL T8o blind defence

Villain in this hand is VPIP/PFR 56/34 over 58 hands, most of the raises are miniraises and he makes continuation bets most of the time. He does not seem horrible. I include my thinking in blue. My...

Re: 2/4 Folding a flush when board pairs on river

If Villain is any good his flop bet tells us a lot about his hand. He's not protecting against the flush draw, he is either trying to get a cheap flush card or hoping he get raised if he has a set....

Re: I was completely at loss at what to do here. (JJ overpair)

I don't like folding this. You didnt tell us your table image at that moment but Villain may just be testing you. If you make continuation bets most of the time you will face a lot of these...

Kirkrrr you have some balls sir. Did you show?

Personally I'm calling the turn and as played have to give him credit for a hand that might call the river after he called that turn raise.

Re: Am I overplaying draws again? 200NL

With your read on Villain as a nutpeddler his miniraise must scare you. Looks like a set or a higher flush draw, I'm calling and proceed with caution.

Re: 3 Interesting Hands vs Same Villain 2/4nl

Hand 1 & 2 fine.

Hand 3: I don't like the 3 bet. I call the raise and 1/2 pot a blank river.

Re: yay

Hand 1: I probably lead the river. As played I raise pot.
Hand 2: Not sure, but I might check behind and reconsider on river.
Hand 3: I bet $50 on the turn, fold to a reraise.
