Re: Top pair low kicker - decision on turn?

I found it pretty damn strange too. I had played only 3 hands with him on the table.

He showed AJos. Like I said, pretty damn strange.

Top pair low kicker - decision on turn?

Check raise flop, check raise turn. I was thinking he was on draw after flop c-r. Should I just check the turn? Bet/fold?

Re: Is this advice worth anything?

I keep laughing to people who fold before it's bet every time, all the time.
Seriously, this is retarded.

Re: Nut straight in a multi-way pot

Great, this thread put my slowplay knowledge into perspective. Thanks.
Btw, this hand example was taken from www.cardplayer.com (http://www.cardplayer.com) .

I have around 35% to win at SD after this turn, right?

Nut straight in a multi-way pot

You hold Ks Qs. After three limpers, you choose to limp in from the cutoff seat. The button raises, and all the limpers call, as does the big blind. On the flop of Jc 10 c 6d, the big blind and first...

Downswinging... badly

I am on a -170 BB downswing in the last 2k hands after going 7 BB/100 for the last 18k hands (prior to the losses).
Is this normal? I am losing much of my composure lately.
Interestingly, I don't...

Fold Preflop. I never limp KTos.

Flop: I would cap this. You likely have the best hand.

Turn: That spade is terrible, but checked around is great!
Easy fold to any raise.

Re: No Set But I Bet

I am not experienced in SH games, but is it regular to raise with low-ish pp from MP1? The game is 7 handed, I am talking about OP second example.

Re: TT, 2 pair & an overcard on board

I'd think about betting with KK to an A-high flop, and probably would check/fold anyway. Betting with TT is worse, because there are a lot more overcards possibly to come. Betting flop will not scare...

Re: River bet #2

I was inclined to continue aggression on river after the turn bet, was that decision correct?
What about turn?
