Re: Bragging

Don't drop any figures. Nobody other than yourself (and your boss) should ever know how much you make. No good will come of this.

Re: Getting away from middle set?

Villian's check behind on flop should have caught your attention, and then smooth call on turn should have raised flags. You're not playing against AK, 88, or 33 here. With middle set I'm pretty...

Re: Snapping off a bluff?

I fold here mate, smells like either a set, boat, or busted flush draw. Either way, you have very little idea where you are. Is he likely to pop you back preflop with 99 or TT? I consider betting...

Re: Call this river all-in?

Are you joking? I call this in my sleep! and expect to see KQ KJ AA QQ JJ 88 77 or AK. If you were deeper stacked then perhaps a problem, but in this situation you're going to have to pay off the $33...

Re: Elementary stacking questions with QQ vs AA/KK

F) A superb hand reader.

Pot it on the flop, check-call turn, and pot/overbet river. If you see 2 to the flush which doesn't hit, you can overbet pretty nicely on the river.

Re: Pre-flop overbet with AA

I don't really like this play. If you know he's capable of stealing from this position with garbage then you cannot be sure he has a real hand. At the same time, having showed you his previous steal...

Re: 5/10 NL 6Max - 99

That you raise UTG and get 2 callers (we will discount BB assuming he's on a drawing hand and feels he is getting sufficient odds) shows either that the players a) have no respect for you, or b) are...

Re: Is this fold even that close? (just a math question)

Agreed. Given your opponent has just announced he's holding AA or KK, I wouldn't be able to get my chips into the pot fast enough.

Re: 10-10-20 NL Hand with Ray Zee

Flat call and bet out the flop. May opt to reraise him if he raises you on the flop to take down the pot, depending on what flops. Either that or reraise pre-flop with an overbet, but may make for...

Re: Raising with king queen...

Don't limp KQo out of position. Raise or fold. Always (almost). You give away too much of your hand strength (or lack thereof) by limping. Keep 'em guessing.

As to whether or not I would play KQo...
