Slow play ettique

I won't get into blow by blow details of the hand. But here's what happened....$50 SNG, 3rd hand of tourny. I've got KK in the SB.
Flop is K52
Turn is a 6
River is an 8

K9 suited in late positions....

In a fairly tight game, with few callers. In late position I was dealt K9 twice. I didn't call the BB either time, and he took it down.

Should I have bet that?

It's a NL tourny.

Actually, I'm sorry about the numbers...
I had 2300 chips...
blinds were 400/800 (had to re-check my notes)
Chip leader had over 6k in chips
As far as chip position, I was in thrid with chips....

I was in a SNG two days ago in which I had AA and my oponent was KK. The flop had AKT. Every hand was capped. It was fixed tourney, so it wasn't the last hand per se, but I cut his legs out from him...
