Was the play 3 handed or were there just 3 people involved in the pot? In 3 handed play I would never fold top 2 to only one pot bet without some kickass tell.

Not excactly an omaha...

Re: Biggest differences between PLO8 and Limit?

For one - scooping or 3/4s is even more important.

in limit - since you will get a lot of dead money you can still do okay halfing some pots.

in PL - most of the split pots, you can both lose...

cause I can't think of a card on the turn, other than an Ace or 8...

And neither of them could believe it when Max folded top 2 - Aces and 8s on an A87 board, with 2 clubs I believe. He had 2 pair and no redraw. Its an easy fold, and those...

Re: WSOP PLO last night on ESPN

The best was their utter disgust at Max for folding A8xx - to a board of A87 - 2 clubs.

Max had no clubs, and no straight draws. They yelled at him for folding, but even the odds didn't have him...

Re: New Pokerroom Rate Structure?

This is how it's always been.

But with the update this morning - I think it might have changed.

Can't find the new one? maybe it's now 5% based on each $2 for 1-2?

New Pokerroom Rate Structure?

So I'm playing some 1/2 5 max this morning.

They are taking rake out by the dimes, and I can't figure out the ratio.

Can anyone help?

Re: AK - Vs. Reraise all in and a call

My read on CO - he is an above average - but not great player.

He hasn't shown down bad hands, but hasn't gotten the most out of one or two either.

My thoughts on the flat call.

Either it's...

$10 + 1
About 270 runners, just before the first break we are at about 140 left.

My stack is 2800 - after getting up to 4500 in the first 20 minutes, I
have been card dead over the last 30, and...

Re: What\'s the point of hand for hand play - read my rant

FYI - had anyone had this happen to them?

I actually play on Holly Wood Poker these days, and I have called their support, and they told me once the tournament is over, they can review my claim.
