Pardon my stupidity...

...but can someone explain to me what the "WSOP circuit events" are? I haven't been able to watch any of the televised coverage for an explanation and a quick google search didn't help.

i cant fathom the check on the flop in a 4 way pot. i'd rather bet out and take a small pot here than give a free card that builds the pot for someone else.
