Thanks for looking for errors, but actually the text is right in that circumstance. The last king gives you trip kings (KKKT9), but gives your opponent kings full (KKK33).

No, the table of contents won't be identical or even close to it. The book is like TOP in that it's a theoretical treatment of the topic, not in layout.
