Re: $22 - AKs 4-handed

The loosest I would put his range is 99+, AQ+.

$22 - AKs 4-handed

I never know what to do in these situations. Short Stack is in the BB so I don't want to just push AK. Villain had not been playing loose at all. Did I make a bad fold?

Cleaning off the rust

I took a couple months off from SNG's. I'm starting to play again but my game could use some work. Is this hand OK? Thanks.

Re: 10-10 with a short stack all-in and a flat call

[ QUOTE ]
I'd call PF rather than muck or re-raise though, getting 5-1. Very tough to muck those odds, regardless of the strength shown.

Having said all that, I'm hardly confident of any line...

Re: $11s - Two Hands

[ QUOTE ]
The first one is trickier. An UTG raise from a player who could just as easily have pushed (although 11 donks don't always know this), but a player who doesn't really have enough chips...

Re: 10-10 with a short stack all-in and a flat call

Bet 400-500 pre flop or on the flop?

Also, limping with 10's in early position probably would have let me avoid this whole mess in the first place.

10-10 with a short stack all-in and a flat call

I was really lost playing this hand. Should I have re-raised all-in pre-flop?

good spot for a steal? Q-4 in SB

This is a play I have been making on the bubble lately when I sense weakness. Is this a good move? My thinking is CO will only call with a big hand because I have enough chips to cripple him if he...

88 UTG, 5 handed - Is it moving time??

Is this a standard push? Or is it too aggressive with two short stacks? BB and Big stack have both been playing a little tight.

Re: A play I sometimes use.

I know the OP was talking about a $100 buy-in game, but this is a play I also use at the $22's on Ultimate Bet. I will either open-push with AK from the SB or push from the BB when the SB completes....

How to play AK on the turn?

What is the correct play on the turn? The third club hits and A-Q or A-J (two likely holdings) have me dominated. This is a $22 Sit N Go on Ultimate Bet, no reads. By the way, there are only two...

Re: Pocket Fives push from SB -- too aggressive?

Button had just doubled up the hand earlier by waking up with AK against a small blind bluff.

Up to this point, he had been limping every time he came into a pot. I thought his min-raise was a...

Re: $22 SNG hand histories... need advice

Thanks for the reply.

In hand #1. Hero is so short stacked that he has to just push and hope for a coinflip? He's not folding any hand in that spot.
