Re: $50+5: 3 left, A7s on button, M=3.6

i'd push it or raise a thoughtful amount ($1500 or so) so it looks like u really thought about what u are doing. u don't want that spite call.

Re: $55\'s... Slick, Real Slick

do u guys use Harringtons\' M value?

i've only read half of his vol. 2 book and found the M concept interesting and have been using it. or do most people just look at how many BB they have in their stack to base decisions on.

Re: 11: Easy fold with JJ?

i used to play JJ harder but it's one of those hands that look better than it really is. at that level i'd play it for set value and/or hope for harmless flop then go push-crazy.

Re: Live STT, What to do if you\'re the best player but have odds to call

I'm pretty sure flush draw here has 36% of completing on turn and/or river. harrington says u need to have 3:1 in the pot to make this call. e.g. if there was 3000 already in play and his call was...

Re: OT: What happened to PP $5+1 SnG\'s?

i dunno...i'm still finding games where 1 guy busts out on hand 1 and 3-5 more drop like flies before blinds are up to 25/50. some horrible plays i've seen lately. it's as if you have to try hard to...

Re: Hit a set - 2 people calling hard?

i'd be a bit concerned with top set or higher set than yours, although A10 is certainly likely. mayve we have 2 sets and A10 amongst the 3 players.
