I think you have to fold to the Reraise on the river in the second hand. Remember he reraised strong preflop and then bet ridiculously small on the flop, that is screaming monster. I don't see any...

About that Reraise preflop though, I usually only make a reraise (usually larger than that) with aces or kings, so...
