Re: A rare drawing hand for me

Two questions define this hand for me. How passive is he and how likely is your ace still live?

12 Outs:
Push, fold => 9.35x
Push, win => .45(1-x)48.5
Push, lose => .55(1-x)0.0
Break even =>...

Re: I get myself in trouble in a live game with 88

Hi everybody,

For the hypothesized turn, checkraising is not a good option. I can explain by asking a question.

How often will the preflop 3-bettor bet again on the turn after...

Re: An interesting J6s hand.

I like the push. Mathematically you stand to gain:

I computed everything in BB with the average stack at 5bb. Looking back now I realize it should be 5.5bb, but... I'll have to re-work it later....

Re: Live tourney, I have 55.

[ QUOTE ]
The turn is where I usually wuss out. The flush draw hits and he bets such a small amount that I start out-thinking myself. "Is he trapping me, making a weak bluff, or trying to stop me...

Middle of a live tourney. Roughly 12 out 38 players remain. Villian is much better than me and the last 5-6 times we've wrestled I've lost. I feel certain I was outplayed on those occasions and...

Re: Two overcards with Flush Draw outside bubble

Re: Good AA laydown?

I'm leaning more towards to fold. When it gets to you on the turn you are facing two bets and only getting 4.1:1 pot odds. MP2 has been calling the whole way and then suddenly raises. The real...
