Re: Bet into on the turn with flopped set
I copied and pasted this from my xanga. Basically, I believe he has a weak ace and to make the most money out of it, i would call turn and bet about 60-80 on the river.
when you raise it preflop...

Unorthodox Play
i was always wondering... why do some people call your raise on the flop.. and then come out betting the turn first...
this seems more like a limit play to me..
for example, my friend had QK...

600NL: Bet Turn or Check?
I was 90% sure he did not have an Ace. I was guessing pocket pair. So should I have checked the turn and risk him hitting a full house so I could take his remaining $50? I felt like he might all in...

Blocking Bets at the River
I'm confused about this blocking bet. I never use a river blocking bet. If you're pretty sure you have him, why not bet 2/3s of the pot at the river. And if you don't think you have the better hand,...

Re: One more thing

If you're willing to call a pot-sized bet, why not put in a smaller but still substantial blocking bet (like 500 or 650) and fold to a reraise? Did you check thinking that maybe he'd...

Re: QQ PP 11 Level 1 against flush draw board
One thing to consider is that you're not 100% sure he has the flush. And I doubt he has the striaght or he probably would have raised you all in at the flop. Also, if he had the flush would he just...

Re: How Would You Play It: KQ flopped two pair
KQ is quite a monster hand in 6max play. Yes that would be a bad fold preflop I believe. If you're not going to play with KQ, what are you going to play with? In certain circumstances though, you may...

Re: 200sng QQ flops A
Actually, I'm pretty sure I won that hand. He wouldn't push all in with an Ace pair or a flush. I saw him bluff later like crazy. I should have called it. I was reading Dan Harrington's book earlier...
